The size is a cap on how many runners that event can have, and it is checked when somebody signs up — so nothing is ever billed afterwards and there is nothing to refund.

Tracking does not switch on until it is paid for. No payment, no tracking — so you are never chased, and we are never refunding.
On a 400 package, runner 401 is refused and you are offered a bigger one. Nobody gets a surprise bill.
Upgrade any time before the gun and pay only the difference. A package you did not fill is not refunded — that is what buying a size means.
It becomes credit, good for twelve months on any event of yours. Credit, never cash back.
Accurate times, the SOS alert, the geofence, and your own data as CSV or GPX. Correctness and safety are not features to sell.
